Testimonials
We care about caring, but don't just take our word for it. Please read what some of those we've cared for, have had to say about Aylecare.
Mam was a strong proud woman with a great sense of humour. You made the situation she found herself in as normal and comfortable for her as was possible. We just want to thank you all for treating her with dignity and care.
Their kindness and consideration was immense, nothing was too much trouble for them. They brought a lot of fun and laughter to the house, and I have a lot of warm memories of their time caring for her.
I always felt there was genuine care for mom and effort to have good interaction with her, and a real concern for her when she wasn’t so well. May you long continue to have a positive impact on people’s lives when they become less able.
Just a short note to say thank you for all the devoted care and attention that you gave to my sister over the years.
Our family will never be able to repay you all for the kindness, patience and compassion shown to mam when she was alive.
We would like to thank you for treating our father with respect and dignity during the support he received from you.
It was mum’s wish that dad stay at home in his familiar and favourite surroundings and you all contributed to enabling this. You all do such an amazing job, more recently in very challenging circumstances. Words cannot express how much we really appreciate everything you did for dad up to and including his final day.
Can’t thank you all enough for your cheerful professionalism, your wonderful care and support and the genuine kindness you showed to my mum.
Many thanks for all the love and care you showed looking after me for many years! You all became friends to me and my family, and we couldn’t have managed without you. Thanks to all those behind the scenes for always making sure everything was right.
Mum was so lucky to have such a great team looking after her. You allowed her to stay at home with us and Honey her beloved dog.
Please can I pass some lovely feedback from an individual who has support from the care agency Aylecare.
Mr K spoke extremely highly of the carers who support his wife, he went on to explain that the carers work collaboratively with them both to ensure that Mrs S is promoted to be as independent as possible and to not disrupt their routine which is important to them both. Mr S explained that his wife “looks forward to all the carers visiting” and it has made a positive difference to their lives.
Mr K advised that they had recently had an internal review from Helen and went on to explain how positive and kind Helen was with her support and review.
