Home Care
Even though we started out as a nursing agency. Due to increased requests for domiciliary care and with personal experience of a close family member not receiving quality care. It was decided to use our great wealth of experience and personal knowledge of what necessitated quality care to branch into home care.
This move has since seen us become one of the largest providers of home care across Swansea, whilst still retaining the core values we started off with. As well as recently expanding into the Llanelli and Amman Valley areas.
Our aim, is to promote independence for each individual to live in their own home for as long as possible without the need for admittance to a residential care home.
A helping hand
We know making the decision to arrange care for someone can seem a bit of a daunting prospect. But we will help out every step of the way.
The Care Co-Ordinator for your local area, will come visit you and the individual needing care. They will have a friendly chat to introduce ourselves, whilst also discussing and identifying the care needs. This then allows us to tailor a package of care around the individual to meet these needs.
We know that having carers come, can be seen by some, as a negative. Which is why, if the individual is put off by the prospect of carers calling. We can gradually introduce carers over time (if needs allow) to show they can still have their independence and gain trust/confidence in the carers.
