We are Aylecare

We are a family owned business based in the Gorseinon area of the City and County of Swansea, providing home care (domiciliary care) to the people of Swansea, Llanelli, and the Amman Valley.

We have been established since 2000. Initially starting off as Aylecare Nursing Services Ltd, before setting up Aylecare Home Care Services in 2006.

Since then, Aylecare has worked in partnership with both the local public and private sectors to deliver quality care to those who need it. So you can be assured that we have years of experience in dealing with home care, whether it’s home care funded by local authorities, direct payments or privately purchased care.

After starting as a nursing agency, we moved into home care due to receiving increased requests for domiciliary care. Along with personal experience of a close family member not receiving quality care. It was decided to use our great wealth of experience and personal knowledge of what necessitated quality care to help make a positive difference to the lives of those in our local communities.

Our aim is to promote independence for each individual to live in their own home for as long as possible without the need for admittance to a residential care home.

Who we care for

We help care for many types of people, such as adults who are ill or recovering from illness; are dealing with terminal illness; are physically disabled; are sensory impaired; have learning disabilities; have mental health disorders or just require support to stay at home.

Where we cover

At present, we currently cover the majority of the Swansea area. (Current areas include Loughor, Gorseinon, Pontarddulais, Pontlliw, Penclawdd, Gowerton, Waunarlwydd, Dunvant, Killay, Sketty, Townhill, Penlan and Morriston).

We have also recently expanded into Llanelli and along the Amman Valley area.

Although we are always keen to operate in new areas, so please contact us to see if we can accommodate if outside of these areas.

Mum was so lucky to have such a great team looking after her. You allowed her to stay at home with us and Honey her beloved dog.

Mrs J

Many thanks for all the love and care you showed looking after me for many years! You all became friends to me and my family, and we couldn’t have managed without you. Thanks to all those behind the scenes for always making sure everything was right.

Mrs I

Can’t thank you all enough for your cheerful professionalism, your wonderful care and support and the genuine kindness you showed to my mum.

Mrs H

It was mum’s wish that dad stay at home in his familiar and favourite surroundings and you all contributed to enabling this. You all do such an amazing job, more recently in very challenging circumstances. Words cannot express how much we really appreciate everything you did for dad up to and including his final day.

Mrs G

We would like to thank you for treating our father with respect and dignity during the support he received from you.
