They are a wonderful group of people, from top to bottom, who NEVER let you down to provide a service that is quite literally a LIFESAVER. Both competent and friendly, the service is a key support to my mother remaining in her own home, and contributes greatly to her quality of life. She is very happy and looks forward to seeing them come.

The carers came to help my mother and were very kind and caring. Their patience was amazing. They always arrived promptly and as their departure time approached, I felt they were not “clock watching” and dashing off as soon as they could. I felt they genuinely cared.

We shall never forget the wonderful care and compassion shown to my dad. Everyone concerned has helped give us all comfort on this very long and hard journey.

I am pleased with the work of one of your employees who was employed on a sessional basis. Her remit was to help provide personal care to the service users who attend who have a physical and / or sensory disability. Her professionalism and dedication to duty were matched by her friendliness and warmth of character. In conclusion I can only say that if this is typical of the staff you employ, then you are indeed a fortunate organization.
