Training

Here at Aylecare, we take pride in our work, which is why, before any of our staff are given work, they attend an in house Induction Training. This training ensures staff are competent whilst providing quality care.

Modules covered in the training, include:

• Food Hygiene; Health & Safety
• First Aid Awareness; Fire Training Awareness
• POVA

All our staff are also kept updated with the All Wales Manual Handling Passport. Each member of staff is issued with an annual appraisal form which is used to promote their on going training, and also to encourage and ensure good working practices. Qualified Nurses are offered courses to maintain our professional standards by continuing education and Post Registration Education Practice (PREP)
