Care Co-ordinator

Aylecare Domiciliary Services are looking for care co-ordinators to plan, implement and supervise the provision of quality care, in conjunction with service users. To promote home support to all service users. Duties will include rostering, supervision of staff, carry out assessments, other office duties, and all aspects of care as required. Whilst being responsible to the Care Manager.
Candidates must be available to work at short notice, and be honest, approachable, helpful, contactable & able to work as a team member
You will need to be fully flexible with hours, and availability to work standby on a rota basis, this will include unsociable hours.
Previous care experience is required. You must have a current driving license and your own transport as this position will involve travelling. An NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care is required.
